Benjamin F. Anderson

Ben is a native of Northwest Florida. Over a period of more than 33 years he has established a remarkable record of active leadership in the field of Real Estate sales and Auction Marketing throughout the Panhandle of Florida and beyond.
He has served on numerous committees of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, including a term as President in 2005. On the state level in 2006 he served as District Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors and is a current member of the Board of Directors. He is also currently serving as a Director for the National Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Group on Auctions, and as a member of several important Committees.
Professionally, Ben has earned the prestigious CAI designation of the National Auctioneers Association; and as a Realtor, holds the GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, designation. He is also a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
As President of Anderson Auctions, Inc., Ben leads a highly qualified team of specialists in the field of Real Estate Auction Marketing. In 2006, the company became the undisputed leader in selling choice real estate at auction through Northwest Florida. “We have assembled the most qualified marketing and sales team and are well prepared to continue serving all of Florida and the Gulf Coast States.”

Bobby Hutchison
Director of Sales
Bobby brings more than thirty-four years of appraisal experience and eight years of auction experience to the company. As an outstanding auctioneer, he was one of the first to establish a local real estate auction company in 1999, conducting numerous auctions along the Emerald Coast since that time.
Bobby majored in Finance and Accounting at the University of West Florida on an academic scholarship. Having earned the distinguished honor of the “youngest” licensed agent in the State of Florida at the age of 18, Hutchison soon became the youngest Broker at the age of 19. Extensive specialized training in real estate appraising at Tulane University and the University of Georgia through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA), provided his educational basis to become one of the first Florida State Certified Appraisers in 1990. He is a graduate from the nation’s most prestigious Auctioneering Schools, Worldwide College of Auctioneering, located in Denver, CO, earning the distinguished honor of “Colonel”.Hutchison was born and raised in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin communities and will no doubt provide that “local touch” to the real estate auction business in the Florida Panhandle. Bobby’s favorite hobby’s include flying his personal aircraft over the beautiful Emerald Coast and “organic cattle farming” at his Cattle Ranch in Ponce De Leon, FL.

Corey Ledbetter
Vice President of Marketing
Corey has lived in the Emerald Coast area for more than 18 years. In addition to playing an integral role in the marketing planning for all Anderson clients, he oversees all auction events conducted by the Anderson Auction Team.
In the critical period leading up to these events, Corey is responsible for orchestrating highly specialized and targeted marketing efforts, including the production of collateral materials and media advertising, through which Anderson Auctions, Inc. promotes the sale of real estate at auction. Since his entry into the auction business in 2003, he has been a key player in more than 75 auction marketing campaigns and events including over 300 properties.
Corey employs his expertise in the field of computer technology to impact auction marketing techniques which will lead the Anderson Auction team into the future of the auction industry. He is also responsible for developing online auction buying and selling procedures for the company. His efforts have contributed greatly to the company’s position as the undisputed leader in the Real Estate auction industry throughout the panhandle of Northwest Florida.
Corey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising & Public Relations. He is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Florida Auctioneers Association.

Jerrett Anderson

Jerrett was born and raised in Northwest Florida. A graduate of Troy State University with a Business Degree, Jerrett’s work at Anderson Auctions, Inc. is focused on developing property sales opportunities and new client relationships. He also helps facilitate the auction process for many homeowners throughout the Florida panhandle.
He is a graduate of the world renowned Reppert School of Auctioneering and is an active member of the National Association of Auctioneers. Jerrett is also a graduate of the Leadership Class conducted by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.
Jerrett is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser.

Rick Hurst
Sales Associate
Rick Hurst began his professional career in Broadcast Journalism, where his superb communication skills and dynamic personality and earned him numerous awards and accolades amongst the general public and his peers. He later served in public office as a Bay County Commissioner.
Along the way, Rick obtained his Realtor’s License, which he has utilized full time for the past ten years. Having started in Condo Sales and Rental Property Management, he has since specialized in Commercial and Land Sales.Although residing in Birmingham, Alabama as a young boy, Rick spent many summer vacations in Panama City. In 1965, the Hurst family left Birmingham and relocated in this area. Thus, after over forty years in residence here, Rick has never lost his love for the people, the location, and the natural beauty and growth of the Panama City area.

Debby McKinney
Sales Associate
Debby McKinney is a Sales Associate here at Anderson Auctions. A long term resident of the Destin area, she brings extensive knowledge of the local real estate market to the Anderson company.
As a Short Sale & Loss Mitigation Specialist, Debbie has 25 years experience working with the commercial construction industry, as well as with home owners, realtors, developers, contractors and architects. She provides a wide range of expertise for the company and is well known and respected for her integrity and honesty with buyers and sellers of property.

Bill Ogburn
Auction Sales Representative
Bill Ogburn has been licensed in real estate since 1992, with current licenses in Alabama as well as Florida. Bill has also been Broker/Owner of a RE/MAX and Weichert franchise and a member of “Star Power” since 1994. He is the recipient of numerous national awards, including the RE/MAX Cooperative Spirit Award.
Bill is also recognized as a national trainer and speaker. He brings to the Anderson Company an extraordinary passion for focusing on every client’s desire to achieve the successful sale and transfer of Real Estate properties from seller to buyer. He is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
Bill is a 1967 graduate of Columbia Military Academy and is a licensed pilot with more than 2,000 hours of Pilot-In-Command, multi-engine instrument ratings. He has three children, Caroline, Ashley and Will.

Chuck Norton
Sales Associate
Chuck is a Realtor / Sales Associate and is responsible for business development along the Emerald Coast. He is licensed in Alabama as well as Florida. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, he moved to the area in 2004 with his wife Mirenda and their daughter Emily.
In addition to working for twenty years in the Electrical Wholesale business, Chuck and his wife have owned and operated franchise businesses. Together, they currently own and operate commercial rental properties.
Chuck is a member of Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the Pensacola Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Optimist Club.

Ron Tate
Media Director
Ron brings to Anderson Auctions, Inc. more than 40 years experience in the field of Strategic Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations.
At Anderson Auctions, Inc. he is responsible for establishing and maintaining media contacts and for reporting on the Real estate auction activities of the company throughout the Florida panhandle and beyond. He also assists with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and corporate collateral sales materials designed to call attention to the auction process as a first choice method of sale.
Ron was the founder and Creative Director of Pencil-Ink Advertising and Stark Raven Radio, where he established his reputation as an award-winning writer/producer/voice actor on numerous advertising/marketing campaigns for clients such as Monsanto, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses, Olive Garden Restaurants, ServiceMaster, TruGreen-ChemLawn, Bendix Automotive, Nissan Marine and a host of other national clients. He is also a former Special Assignments Reporter for the Memphis Commercial Appeal.

Tina Davis
Administrative Assistant
Tina Davis is Administrative Assistant in Anderson’s Destin office. She is responsible for assisting the sales staff and making preparations for auction events, including the production of Property Information Packets and open house materials.
Tina formerly served as office manager for RE/MAX Southern Realty where she assisted in overseeing operations of all five offices. Her tenure at RE/MAX gave her extensive knowledge of the real estate business. She brings to the Anderson firm more than 11 years administrative experience.
Having spent most of her life in Tennessee and Florida, Tina is a 1996 graduate of the Tennessee Technology Center in Knoxville, Tennessee and holds an Accounting Certificate. Tina’s favorite hobby’s are horseback riding at her father-in-law’s ranch and writing poetry.She and her husband, Chris, have two boys, Triston, 7 and Bryson, 5.
